Since 1998 the company has been successfully winning the market in Russia and CIV countries.
It was the economic default of the 1998 that defined the final direction for our activity - the changing and developing market required new technologies and eccentric solutions.
After the crisis the companies that used dealer network found themselves to be cut off from the customer and the turnover was tremendously reduced. That raised an urgent need of the direct connection to the end-customers.
Due to the technologies that we use it was possible to organize the information exchange between the supplier and the customer on every level of the market. Our technologies are complete integration solutions for the manufacturers and sellers.

Today we a proud to say that we are a solid company that has offices in Saint-Petersburg, Moscow and Berlin. Being an independent structure "SastaSoft" is a member of the Sasta Digital Group that unites over 200 workers and 20 organizations in 5 countries. Within the SDG SastaSoft is responsible for the design and development of the e-commerce systems. Our basic achievements are in the customer relationship management (CRM) area:
- Internet catalogues
- CD catalogues speeding up processing of the orders for the various types of goods
- Business Intelligence (BI) systems: constructors and billing systems
- Integration of the existing information systems
- Multimedia systems and professional design
- Virtual galleries and expositions
All these tools are becoming more and more necessary for the companies building long-term relationship with their clients and forming the dealer network.
SastaSoft consists of several departments. Each department is formed by 4 to 10 people working on a few projects. If the project requires the department can be instantly increased by the free lancers. With the specific projects we hire side companies to do part of the work. Therefore, we have developed a structure that allows us to work on the major projects as well as on the small ones and also to provide our clients with an extended number of various services.
We are based on the concept that the world consists of various objects. We are equipped with the technologies that allow us to create a virtual copy of any object - a copy that will preserve the essence of the object. This is possible due to the digital photography, panoramic shooting, creating 3D objects, stream video, zoom technology and many other achievements of the modern science.
Once the virtual copy of the object is created we make it available for the customer with the means of e-commerce and other business models offering information support systems and promoting systems. This is a specific part of our activity and we are using every chance to make it more perfect and effective since this is a foundation of our clients' success.
SastaSoft is working in cooperation with the Trade Industrial Chamber of Russia in order to legalize the launch of the foreign business in the russian market.
